Product Description

It is a product obtained from the fruits of an oleaceous tree (Olea europaea, Lin.), popularly known as Olive Tree, fruits called olives, whose preparation takes place by immersing and preserving these fruits in brine. The product is imported and is packaged in large plastic barrels. When the product enters the industry, strict control and selection is carried out in order to control the quality standard, ensuring that the product has a size* of 201-240 fruits per kilo, thus presenting a size and thickness suitable for consumption. Subsequently, the product is seasoned with red pepper, mustard, Jamaican pepper, parsley, green onions and capers, when it is then packaged in its own jars, through a fully automatic and continuous process, strictly following the rules of the Ministry of Health, in order to ensure product uniformity and quality. USAGE: In the preparation of farofas, fillings, sauces, salads, seasoned rice, preserves, pies, stews and dishes in general, and also as an excellent aperitif.

INGREDIENTS: Olives, water, red pepper, salt, allspice, mustard, parsley, chives, soybean oil, capers, vinegar and monosodium glutamate flavor enhancer.

STORAGE AFTER OPENING: Keep refrigerated.
