Receiving / Storage

Raw seaweed deliveries are quality tested and stored using FIFO, allowing selective use if issues occur.

Alkali Treatment

Pre-washed seaweed is modified with alkaline solution to enhance the physical characteristics of the seaweed to desired specifications.

Semi-dried Seaweed Processing

Semi-dried seaweed is processed through conveyors and a dryer for optimal drying and product quality.

Particle Processing

Dried, alkali-treated seaweeds are processed into particles prior to grinding.

Milling

Milled alkali-treated seaweed chips are converted to powder according to desired product specifications.

Homogenization

Homogenization is the batching process where ground materials are mixed together to create one batch of pure SRC with uniform characteristics.

Blending

Sieving & Packing

Blended powder is sieved, then packed in 25kg bags based on product specifications.

Warehouse & Dispatch
