For less demanding applications, we also offer SUS304 stainless steel bodies. The Core Hygienic Advantage – Diaphragm Sealing System
The defining feature of this valve is its diaphragm isolation design, which uses no packing gland. The flexible diaphragm acts as a complete barrier between the fluid and the actuator, achieving zero contamination, zero dead leg, and zero external leakage. When the stem is pressed down, the diaphragm seals tightly against the weir, providing bubble‑tight shut‑off.
