Our silver metallized cast polypropylene film combines the heat-sealability of CPP with a vacuum-metallized layer that delivers an excellent barrier against oxygen, moisture and light. The bright metallic finish also gives finished packs a premium shelf appearance.
The film seals cleanly and consistently, laminates well with BOPP, PET and PE structures, and runs smoothly on high-speed form-fill-seal lines. It is a cost-effective alternative to foil laminates where a strong barrier and attractive print surface are both required.
It is widely used for snack bags, coffee pouches, dried food packaging, sachets and other flexible packaging that needs extended shelf life.
