Stainless steel 2PC ball valve, also known as two-piece ball valve, is one of the most widely used shut-off valves in industrial pipelines. The valve body consists of two parts connected by bolts, featuring a compact structure and quick opening and closing. It is mainly used for fast on-off control of water, oil, gas, steam and various corrosive media, and is widely applied in industries such as chemical, petroleum, gas, water treatment, HVAC, food and pharmaceutical.

Structural Features

• Two-piece split structure
• The valve body is designed in two sections, which is easy to assemble and disassemble, convenient for online maintenance and seal replacement, requires small installation space, and offers outstanding cost performance.
• Full bore / reduced bore optional
• Extremely low flow resistance, strong flow capacity, small pressure loss, suitable for pipeline systems requiring high flow rate.
• 90° rotary opening and closing
• Light and fast operation; fully open or fully closed can be achieved simply by turning the handle 90 degrees, with short actuation time and reliable sealing.
• Excellent sealing performance
• Equipped with PTFE or reinforced PTFE seats, the sealing surfaces have good self-lubrication, low friction coefficient, low leakage risk and long service life.
• Bidirectional flow
• Medium can flow in both directions with no installation direction limitation, providing greater flexibility in use.
