Payment terms
* 20% advance payment (mandatory) upon signing of the Sales Contract / PI
* 80% by Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, to be opened by the buyer within 5 banking days after confirmation of the 20% advance payment and prior to shipment
The L/C shall be payable at sight against presentation of original shipping documents through the seller’s bank.

* Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
* Buyer reviews, signs, and returns the FCO.
* Seller issues Sales Contract / Proforma Invoice (PI) for trial shipment.
* Buyer signs and returns the executed contract/PI.
* Buyer remits 20% advance payment to the seller’s designated account.
* Seller confirms receipt of payment and secures allocation.
* Buyer opens the 80% Irrevocable L/C at sight as agreed.
* Buyer may arrange third-party inspection prior to loading or attend personally after deposit has been paid, confirmed, goods have been processed and allocated
* Cargo loading is completed at Port of Mersin.
* Seller presents original shipping documents to the bank under the L/C terms.
* Shipment departs
