PRODUCTION Much was done for expansion of production for these years. Due to right organization and management and also to timely implement modern technologies and up to date equipment, the enterprise increased volumes of its production and improved quality of the output. All kinds of sunflower oil can be bottled in FLEXITANK as well. LABORATORY The certified departmental laboratories constantly monitor at all levels of the technologic processing – starting from reception of raw material and ending with dispatch of finished products. On the basis that the quality of source raw material defines that of a finished product, requirements to receivable raw material are the toughest. REFINING, BLEACHING The refining process includes cleaning of oil from protein substances and mechanical impurities and a soft light straw color appears owing to the bleaching process. WINTERIZATION, FILTRATION In the process of filtration at AMO filter and frame filters “winterization” allows to extract in a more efficient way phosphatides and wax-like substances from the oil which may settle out in “unwinterized” oil on keeping. EXTRUSION CENTER The extrusion method which is used at the oil production plant allows to extract not only high quality oil but also to preserve a rich complex of bioactive substances, vitamins and all valuable components of the vegetable raw material in a finished product. DEODORIZATION High quality oil which meets the highest standards upon all indications and is a quality standard in the area of oil-extracting production appears on a consumer's table owing to the process of deodorization where materials defining a taste and a scent of fat are extracted. BOTTLING At the moment fine lines of bottling operate at the enterprise. Capacity of each line is 3 500 bottles per hour.
