White Pepper

PT Globalindo Mega Aroma (PT GAMMA) is a company engaged in the essential oils, spices, and horticulture sectors. As a local company, we have superior products: citronella oil, cloves, and white cardamom.

Established in 2016, we have established various suppliers across Sumatra. With our rapid growth, we now serve exporters and direct manufacturers throughout Indonesia.

We produce in large quantities, including 10 tons of citronella oil per month, 30 tons of white cardamom, 30 tons of cloves per month, and other spices. We also provide smaller quantities for MSMEs or household needs in standing pouch packaging.

WHITE PEPPER

White pepper, or lada putih in Indonesian, is a globally traded spice with a milder, more earthy flavor than black pepper, produced by removing the outer skin of the mature pepper fruit before drying. This process results in a less pungent aroma and a less complex flavor profile, though it is still rich in compounds like pepper oil and starch. In Indonesia, significant white pepper production comes from regions like Bangka Belitung, Jambi, and Lampung. A substantial portion of the country's white pepper, often over 80%, is exported to international markets, making Indonesia a major global supplier.
