Gold bronze powder is asked very fine particle sizes and better coverage when used in offset printing inks, and also provide high glossiness, resulting in rich golden colors. This series products are widely used in commercial printing, including books, newspapers, brochures, labels, greeting cards etc.
The color shade of bronze powder varies with the zinc content. When the zinc content is below 10%, it shows deep gold effect, known as pale gold color (close to red color), when zinc content is 10% to 25%, it appears rich light gold effect, known as rich-pale gold; when zinc contents is around 25% to 30%, it shows light gold effect, known as rich gold (close to green color).
we recommend that 1000mesh main use for offset ink, 800mesh use for gravure, pet film and coating, 200mesh use for gilding material , 400mesh use for flower paper, screen printing.
