We produce wood pellets with diameter 6-10mm by using different size of ring die . The length of the wood pellets could be adjusted.

Wood Chipping Section

Name: Wood chipper

Usage: Make the wood log/wood branches/wood blocks/bamboo... into smaller chips.

Finished products: 20-50cm(depends on the number of rotary knives.)

Crushing Section

Name: Hammer Mill/Crusher

Usage: Crush the wood chips/wood shaving/small blocks/grass/stalk...to 6-8mm powder.

Finished products: 6-8mm(depends on the size of screener hole.)

Drying Section

Name: Rotary Dryer

Usage: dry raw material into suitable moisture to produce high-level pellets.

Finished moisture: 10-15% of dried wood chips or sawdust

Fuel:Could burn waste wood stemp, wood pellets or wood chips as fuel

Pelletizing Section

Name: Wood Pellet Machine/Pellet Press

Usage: press crushed and dry sawdust/rice husk/straw/grass... into pellets.

Finished pellets: 6/8/10mm.(Asian Market standard: 8mm; European Market standard: 6mm)

Cooling Section

Name: Cooling Machine

Usage: When pellets comes from pellet machine, the temperature could reach about 60-90 degree, it is too hot for packing or storage. After cooling, it could increase the hardness of wood pellets before packing .

Cooling type:Counter flow cooler

Packing Section

Name: Packing Machine

Usage: Pack pellets into 20-50kg/bag or 750kg or 1000kg /bag.

Advantage: easily to be transported to final users' site.
