1. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & QUALITY STANDARDS

• Origin: Vietnam
• Appearance: Bright green skin, juicy flesh, thin peel, seedless, natural aroma with no decay or cracks.
• Size/Grading: 12–16 pieces/kg or 18–22 pieces/kg (or customized based on your market preferences).
• Quality Assurances: GlobalGAP standards, strict sorting, and washing process prior to packaging. Fully compliant with international phytosanitary and pesticide residue regulations.

2. COMMERCIAL TERMS & PRICING

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 20,000 Kilograms (Equivalent to 1 x 40ft Reefer Container).
• Unit Price: USD 0.95 / Kilogram
• Incoterms (Trade Terms): CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight to your designated Port of Destination).
• Port of Loading (POL): Cat Lai Port, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

3. PACKAGING & LOGISTICS

• Standard Packaging: 4.0 kg, 8.0 kg, or 10.0 kg per telescopic/top-open carton box with ventilation holes, or as per the buyer's custom requirements. Brand label printing is available upon request.
• Shipping & Storage Conditions: Maintained inside a refrigerated container (Reefer Container) at an optimum temperature of +5°C to +6°C with fresh air ventilation at 15 cbm/h and humidity level at 85% - 90% to preserve maximum freshness during transit.

4. PAYMENT & VALIDITY TERMS (UPDATED)

• Payment Terms: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) according to the following schedule:
  • 30% Advance Deposit: Payable upon the official signing of the Commercial Contract to secure the fruit volume and initiate the harvesting/packaging process.
  • 70% Balance Payment: Payable strictly BEFORE shipment. After the goods are fully packed and collected at our export warehouse, the buyer or the buyer's authorized QC agency is welcome to inspect the quality. The remaining 70% balance must be settled and received in full prior to loading the container onto the vessel at Cat Lai Port.
• Price Validity: This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of issuance due to seasonal market fluctuations of fresh agricultural products.
