Commercial terms
Supplier: Direct manufacturer/factory outside Saudi Arabia (no local Saudi suppliers).
Delivery term: CIF Jeddah Islamic Port, Saudi Arabia (Incoterms® 2020).
Currency: USD only.
Pricing basis: USD per net metric ton (USD/MT), plus total monthly shipment value CIF Jeddah.
Quantity: Quote for the monthly quantity above and confirm production capacity and ability to supply regularly.
Freight and insurance: CIF price must include sea freight and cargo insurance to Jeddah Islamic Port.
Offer validity: Minimum 30 days (45–60 days preferred).
Lead time: State production/preparation time and sea transit time to Jeddah.
Payment terms: State proposed terms; secure commercial methods such as Letter of Credit are preferred.
Packing: State units per carton/bundle, net weight, dimensions and weight.
Documents: Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Health Certificate (where applicable), Certificate of Analysis (COA), and available food safety certificates.
Saudi compliance: Confirm ability to provide label data and import documents required in Saudi Arabia, including SFDA requirements and Arabic labeling where applicable.
Quality and samples: Provide full technical specifications, production and expiry dates, and confirm a sample can be supplied before order approval.
No hidden costs: Offers on FOB basis, in other currencies, or with undisclosed extra charges will not be accepted.
