LOI - SUNFLOWER OIL TO EGYPT EXPRESSION OF INTENT (EOI)(LOI) FOR THE PURCHASE OF CRUDE UNREFINED SUNFLOWER OIL (FILTERED) Further to our discussions with you, we hereby submit our LOI for the purchase of Crude Un Refined Sunflower Oil (Filtered) as per the following terms and conditions. COMMODITY - Crude Un Refined Sunflower Oil (Filtered) ➢ Quality Criteria : Please see below. ➢ Quantity : 25,000 Metric Tonnes – whichever quantity is available to us for loading this month. However, we are ready for the booking for the next – second shipment of a similar quantity which can be reserved for loading in the next month and at regular intervals thereafter by mutual agreement. ➢ Shipped in bulk tanker ➢ Price : 950 /MT FOB or 1000 CIF delivered CIF to ALEXANDRIA PORT, EGYPT ➢ Payment for first 25,000MT order will be advance TT against invoice with the balance payable against shipping documents and it will be released after loading. ➢ Payment for subsequent shipments will be a Confirmed Irrevocable SBLC paid in full at destination ➢ Quality Assurance: Seller will issue with SGS or other equivalent Certificate under the Sellers expenses for the Quality and Quantity at the port of loading. At the discharge port, the SGS or any other equivalent certification will be arranged by us (BUYER), at our own cost. ➢ SPECIFICATIONS: ➢ Delivery: Delivery period to be informed by the SELLER. ➢ Procedure: To be discussed and agreed upon mutually, once the above preliminary terms are provisionally agreed and concluded. ➢ Validity: You are requested to send us the OFFER (FCO) as fast as possible, as we have very limited time and the material is required at the Destination Port soonest. NOTE CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS: Mandate: MeFirst Innovations → Direct mandate of factory Product origin: Loading port: Buying price: > Euros/MT CIF → Payment for first order: Advance TT against invoice, with balance payable against shipping documents after loading; 25,000MT/trial → Payment for Second Order: Option of either 25,000 MT/month or every other month annually following the trial order – paid at destination port with SBLC PRODUCT TO CONFORM STRICTLY TO THE STATED SPECIFICATIONS, VERIFIED BY SGS TESTING AT THE LOADING PORT We look forward to receiving your FCO by return and moving quickly to the SPA.
