We are looking to establish direct cooperation with a qualified manufacturer for a custom component, and we are not working with agents or trading companies.

We are currently developing a new medical device for dental applications, and as part of this project, we require a custom stainless steel wire component to be integrated into the final product.

This component must meet strict requirements in terms of precision, mechanical performance, and consistency, and must comply with relevant international standards.

At this stage, we would like to proceed with the development of a prototype based on our technical drawing.

The product must be manufactured using stainless steel grade 316, compliant with recognised standards such as ASTM / EN, and formed from a single solid wire (non-braided).

The wire must demonstrate high tensile strength, while still allowing controlled manual bending without fracture, and must be capable of retaining its shape after forming.
We would appreciate your technical input regarding achievable tensile strength ranges and optimal wire diameter options.

In addition, the component must be coated with a durable, permanently bonded rubber layer (PVC / TPE / Silicone or equivalent), which must be food-grade compliant (FDA or equivalent).
The coating must exhibit strong adhesion, with no risk of peeling, cracking, or delamination under normal use conditions.

We are specifically looking to collaborate with manufacturers who can demonstrate:

* Proven experience in precision wire forming and welding
* Capability in medical-grade or food-contact compliant coating processes
* Strong quality control systems and full documentation support
