Fresh Cavendish bananas (Class I) are high-quality export-grade fruits, harvested at maturity stage with firm texture, clean surface, and homogeneous ripening.

The bananas are carefully selected to ensure:

Minimum length of 14 cm and optimal diameter between 2.7–4.1 cm
Uniform clusters (3–11 fruits per cluster, 12–21 clusters per carton)
Clean, fresh, and well-formed fingers with no foreign substances
Natural green to harvesting maturity color with dense white pulp
No major defects affecting pulp quality or appearance

Minor surface imperfections such as light scratches or small mechanical damages may be acceptable as long as product quality and market appearance are not affected.

The product is packed in 5-layer corrugated cardboard telescope boxes, optimized for export handling and palletized transport. Storage and transport must be maintained at controlled temperatures (+13°C to +14.8°C) with 85–95% humidity to preserve freshness and shelf life.
