We are currently looking for reliable slaughterhouses, meat processors, producers, and exporters of wholesale mutton carcasses for delivery to the United Arab Emirates.

The initial required quantity is one 40ft refrigerated container. The preferred delivery term is CIF Jebel Ali Port, Dubai, or CIF Khor Fakkan Port, Sharjah. Suppliers should confirm their available shipping route and provide a complete CIF quotation for the applicable destination.

The buyer is interested in whole or wholesale mutton carcasses suitable for distribution to meat wholesalers, food-service companies, supermarkets, and other commercial buyers in the UAE.

The mutton must be fresh, chilled, or frozen as agreed with the buyer. Products must come from healthy animals slaughtered and processed under hygienic conditions at an approved facility. Halal slaughter in accordance with recognized Islamic requirements is mandatory.

The meat must have a natural appearance, good color, firm texture, and no unusual smell. It must be free from contamination, excessive blood, bruising, visible disease, and foreign materials. A continuous and properly documented cold chain must be maintained throughout processing, storage, loading, and transportation.

Suppliers should provide relevant supporting documents, including a Halal Certificate, Veterinary Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Health or Sanitary Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis where applicable, and Bill of Lading.

The slaughterhouse and processing facility should be approved by the relevant national authorities and eligible to export meat products to the UAE. Suppliers should also provide HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, or other food safety certifications where available.

Only verified producers, approved slaughterhouses, and experienced meat exporters capable of maintaining a complete refrigerated supply chain should submit quotations.
