Final terms shall be subject to negotiation and execution of a formal purchase contract. 2. Quality Assurance The Seller shall ensure that all products comply with Chinese national food safety standards, including but not limited to microbiological limits, heavy metal content, and permitted additives. Buyer reserves the right to conduct third-party testing upon arrival of the first shipment. 7. Legal Effect This LOI is non-binding and serves solely as a basis for further negotiation.
