We are looking for a reliable supplier of Frozen Sea Scallop Meat (Patinopecten Yessoensis), Sashimi Grade. The products should be adductor muscle only, roe-off, IQF, with uniform creamy white color, firm texture, and sweet aroma, free from added water or chemicals. We require a consistent monthly supply with proper packaging for frozen export (1 kg/polybag x 10 polybags = 10 kg/carton), suitable for both sea and air shipment.

Suppliers must provide factory information, photos of products and facilities, and complete shipping documentation, including B/L, commercial invoice, packing list, sanitary certificate, and certificate of origin. Samples must be available for approval, and suppliers should indicate lead time and competitive pricing. All products must meet necessary quality certifications, such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and FDA/KFDA registration if applicable.
