We are Ecc.3 Multi Venture, represented by Emmanuel Quao, and we are interested in purchasing Granular Sulfur (CAS 7704-34-9) with the following requirements:
Trial shipment: 25,000 MT
12-month contract: 50,000 MT per month
Destination: Makassar Port, Indonesia
Trade term: CIF
Payment: 100% irrevocable, non-transferable documentary letter of credit (DLC), issued by a first-class international bank
Inspection: SGS or an internationally recognized equivalent at the loading port before shipment
Specifications: High-quality granular sulfur, with specifications to be confirmed in the FCO and subsequently agreed in the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
The transaction is subject to satisfactory due diligence by both parties, verification of product availability and seller credentials, mutual agreement on all commercial and contractual terms, and execution of a duly signed Commercial Invoice and/or definitive SPA.
