Preferred production establishments: SIF 4507, SIF 504, and SIF 3000, subject to confirmation of the actual producing establishment and current eligibility for export to China.
Packaging and Quality Requirements
• Product condition: Frozen, boneless beef.
• Packaging: Food-grade vacuum packaging with export-standard outer cartons.
• Carton dimensions: Approximately 33 × 56 × 34 cm, subject to supplier confirmation and packing suitability.
• Target loading quantity: Approximately 2,250 cartons per trial container, subject to the agreed net weight per carton and verified container payload.
• Cold chain: Maintain the appropriate frozen temperature throughout storage and transportation in accordance with applicable food safety requirements.
• Shelf life and labeling: To be specified by the supplier and compliant with Chinese import requirements, including product name, origin, establishment, production/expiry dates, storage conditions, net weight, and other legally required information.

Trial Order and Long-Term Purchasing Plan
Initial trial order: 1 × 40-foot reefer container.
Indicative quantity: Approximately 20–27 metric tons, subject to final packing specifications, container payload, and shipping arrangements.
Subsequent orders: Regular monthly purchases, with quantities to be agreed based on market demand, supplier capacity, product availability, and mutually accepted prices.
Trade Terms and Destination
Preferred Incoterm: CIF Tianjin Port, China, Incoterms® 2020.
Please provide a formal CIF quotation including product price, ocean freight, and insurance. Alternative quotations for Shanghai or Guangzhou may also be provided for comparison, if available.

Supplier Qualification and Export Documentation
