We are the largest Korean food distributor in Australia, specializing in importing, wholesaling, food manufacturing, and retail operations. Currently, we operate 30 company-owned retail stores across Australia, and we continue to expand our retail network each year.

We are highly interested in steamed and dried anchovy products, and we are seeking offers that meet the following processing requirements.

*When importing anchovies into Australia, the product must comply with the Australian biosecurity requirements, specifically one of the following heat treatment conditions:
- Heat treatment at 85°C for a minimum of 15 minutes, or
Heat treatment at 80°C for a minimum of 20 minutes

The heat treatment must be carried out using steam processing at the specified temperature to preserve the natural form of the anchovy.

- A detailed production process flow chart (including heat treatment temperature and time)
- FOB export price and available packaging sizes
- Product specifications and images
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO, etc.)
- Information on other high-demand seafood products that you recommend for export
