We are engaged in international trading of agricultural and industrial commodities. We are interested in establishing long-term business relations with reliable suppliers from African countries, especially Uganda, for the regular supply of vegetable oils, fatty acid oils, and related products. Product Required: Jatropha seeds and Jatropha seed oil. Product Specifications: FFA (Free Fatty Acids): Max 10%, M&I (Moisture & Impurities): Max 2%, IV (Iodine Value): Minimum 55, Sulphur (S): Max 50 PPM. Quantity Requirement: 25 MT to 100 MT per month, depending on product type and availability. Commercial Terms: Packing: Bulk (Flexi tank / ISO Tank / Drums – as mutually agreed), Delivery: CIF / FOB / CFR – subject to mutual discussion, Destination Port: India (Cochin / any South Indian port), Payment Terms: To be mutually agreed after commercial negotiation. This Letter of Intent (LOI) is issued without any binding obligation and is intended to initiate discussions, exchange of specifications, price offers, samples (if required), and contract terms. Interested suppliers are requested to share product specifications, Certificate of Analysis (COA), origin details, price quotation, and monthly supply capacity.
