I am currently seeking suppliers of Milling Wheat grain originating from Russia and other Black Sea countries. The product must have a minimum of 27% wet gluten or a minimum of 12% protein content (As Is) with foreign matter not exceeding 2%, corresponding to Grade 1 quality.
Our initial order will consist of a trial lot ranging from 25 tons to a maximum of 100 tons for each supplier. Subsequently, we anticipate ordering between 200 to 300 tons of Milling Wheat grain on a monthly basis.
