Regarding the purchase of non-edible technical vegetable oil

2. Product
Non-edible technical vegetable oil (NO FOOD – NO FEED), including but not limited to: soybean oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, palm oil and Used Cooking Oil (UCO).

3. Technical Specifications
FFA max 5%
M&I max 2%
Sulphur max 30 ppm
Iodine Value: 100–120
Phosphorus max 200 ppm
Filtration: mandatory

4. Quantity
Trial shipment: 24 MT
Monthly volume: 100–500 MT

5. Delivery Terms
CIF or DAP, in bulk, in accordance with Incoterms® 2020

6. Payment Terms
Payment shall be effected by 100% Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC), issued by UKRSIBBANK (BNP Paribas Group), subject to UCP 600. No advance payment applies.

Payment shall be made strictly against presentation of a complete set of documents, including a positive inspection certificate issued by SGS / Bureau Veritas / Intertek at the Port of Discharge, which shall be the decisive document for payment.

7. Legal Status
This LOI is non-binding except for confidentiality provisions. All binding terms shall be defined in the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
