We are sourcing Refined White Cane Sugar ICUMSA 45 for a customer’s supply program to Tema Port, Ghana. Please provide your best formal quotation for:

•1. Monthly quantity: 40–50 FCL, approximately 1,080–1,350 MT, subject to confirmed net payload per container.
2. 25,000 Mt x 12 ( destination : India)
• Contract duration: 12 months following successful completion of an initial trial shipment.
• Initial trial: 5 FCL, approximately 135 MT.
• Product: Refined White Cane Sugar ICUMSA 45, food grade, preferably Brazilian origin.
• Packing: New 50 kg net polypropylene bags with food-grade polyethylene inner liners.
• Delivery: CIF Tema Port, Ghana, Incoterms® 2020.

2. Confirmed origin, port of loading, container size and net loading capacity.
3. Available monthly supply capacity and shipment lead time.

5. Independent inspection arrangements through SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek at loading.
