4. Quotation Requirements
Your quotation must be comprehensive and include the following mandatory details:
A. Unit Price: The price per 2.8kg mesh bag.
B. Total CIF Value: The total aggregated Cost, Insurance, and Freight value for the entire 30 MT shipment to Jebel Ali Port, expressed in US Dollars (USD).
C. Payment Terms: As a registered and approved buyer with CITIC, our standard payment term is 60 Days Open Account (OA) from the date of shipment. Your quotation must be valid for this payment structure.
D. Lead Time: The total number of days required from the receipt of a valid Purchase Order and confirmation of all terms to the estimated date of shipment from the port of origin.
E. Validity of Offer: The date until which your quoted price and terms remain firm and valid for acceptance.
