We are seeking qualified suppliers for the supply of salted lard (salo) under a structured procurement programme consisting of 7 lots, with a total required volume of 200,000 kg.
The product must comply with applicable Ukrainian technical specifications registered in the state system, as well as DSTU 4668:2006 (relevant sections for pork products). Salted lard should be of consistent quality, with clean surface, dense texture, and no contamination. Colour should be white with a slight pink tint (no yellowing or darkening), and flavour must be typical, without any foreign odour.
Products must be cut into rectangular pieces, with minimum fat thickness of:
≥ 30 mm (with skin)
≥ 25 mm (without skin)
Salted lard must be vacuum-packed in food-grade polymer packaging (0.5–3 kg per unit) and delivered frozen. Shelf life must be at least 90 days at ≤ -12°C, with minimum 80% remaining at delivery. Delivery deadline is 30 June 2026.
