Quantity: 50,000 Metric Tons per month for a minimum of 12 months, following a trial order of 25,000 MTS in the first month
Packing: Bulk
Inspection: SGS and CCIC
Destination Ports: Qingdao, Tianjin, Yingkou, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and other major ports in China
Contract Duration: Minimum 12 months starting from October, subsequent to the fulfillment of the trial order in August 2024
Payment Terms: Irrevocable & Confirmed 100% Documentary Letter of Credit at Sight, non-transferable, activated by 2% Performance Bond from the Seller and payable at the port of loading against presentation of shipping documents and required certifications (BL, shipping bill, invoice, certificate of country of origin, SGS/CCIC reports, etc.)
Price Basis: CIF at Tianjin, Qingdao, Yingkou, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and other major ports in China
Quality Requirements:
- Compliance with Chinese Non-GMO Soybean Standard (100% Non-GMO)
- No presence of live insects
- Protein content over 38%
- Oil content above 18.5%
- Harvest of 2023/24
- Registered exporter in GACC and capable of assisting in providing all necessary documents for filing the import license of genetically modified non-GMO soybeans with the Ministry of Agriculture of China
