The soybeans will be used for industrial oil extraction and feedstock production. The cargo is required for discharge at Beira Port, Mozambique, followed by onward transportation to Zimbabwe.

- Splits / Broken Beans: Maximum 15%
- Damaged Kernels: Maximum 3%
- Heat Damaged Kernels: Maximum 0.5%
A valid Non-GMO Declaration and PCR Test Certificate are required.

- Delivery Term: CFR / CIF Beira Port, Mozambique – Incoterms 2020
- Vessel Type: Handysize Bulk Carrier suitable for Beira Port
- Preferred Origins: Brazil, Argentina, or USA
- Supplier should indicate the earliest available loading date and estimated arrival schedule.
- Suppliers should also clearly state applicable laytime, demurrage, and despatch terms at both loading and discharge ports.
*Inspection & Documentation
- Independent inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek is required at the loading port at the seller’s expense.
