Our client’s projected monthly demand is up to 12 containers of canned sardines (210g and 425g) depending on the supplier’s performance, product quality, documentation, and pricing.

Our client requires that all presentations must be packed in cartons of 24 cans.

As with any new cooperation, we always start with 1–2 trial containers to evaluate:

product quality,

packing and palletization accuracy,

compliance with the 24-can carton requirement,

shipping time and documentation,

consistency of supply.

If everything meets our customer’s standards, we will then scale up gradually until we reach the full monthly requirement.

Before moving forward to the trial order, we kindly request:

Recent export documents for canned sardines (Bill of Lading, Invoice or Packing List — sensitive client information may be hidden)

Your food safety certifications (HACCP, ISO, or equivalent)

Updated photos or a short video showing the actual sardine cans, pallets, cartons, and current stock.

Confirmation that samples can be provided of both 210g and 425g presentations, packed in 24-can boxes.

Once the above is received and verified, we will be ready to proceed with the next step.
