Ölmühle Solling is a family-run organic manufactory from Boffzen in Lower Saxony, Germany. The company was founded by the Baensch family, who guided the family company from the very beginning in 1996 an. Today, the team consists of 60 employees, processing oil seeds and nuts from accredited organic farms into high-quality organic cooking oils and gourmet food using traditional methods. Ensuring the quality of our culinary delicacies is particularly important to us, and our motto is quality over quantity. We still perform many tasks by hand, from the choice of raw materials, to careful oil production with small spindle presses, through to filtration and bottling. We always produce our products fresh from the mill and in small batches. The precious organic oils are always cold-pressed, and are not deodorised or otherwise chemically treated. This ensures that our products retain their characteristic taste and high quality as much as possible.
