Product Testing Machine
To design and manufacture an automated ball valve quality testing machine to replace manual methods of testing.
Sanitary Waste Disposal System
To assist with product design, evaluation and manufacture tooling for various parts for a sanitary waste bin. To provide low cost moulded parts with a thin wall and a tool constructed for integration with downstream assembly processes.
To manufacture a new projection section for a navigation beacon for the Diego Garcia canal, with a beam just 1.6° wide and in three separate colours.
To design and manufacture a press tool and feeding system for 0.2mm thick aluminum foil heat exchanger fins, in different lengths, at high cycle rates. Flared areas in the aluminum to be a close fit on the copper tube specified.
Tube Notcher Machine
To design and manufacture an automated notching machine to cut a notch into tubes that draw liquid from the bottom of a container.
To design and manufacture an automated catheter assembly machine which receives tube direct from the extrusion machine, autonomous feeding of the catheter head and presses the two components together.
These lids are used in the assembly of a possum trap for pest control in New Zealand’s bush.
