The polyester cord is treated with special rubber adhesive with the rest of the belt, under tough working conditions.             The Jacket fabric, which is a blend of Polyester & cotton is coated with Polychloroprene from oil fumes, abrasion, head & weather during running.            The V- rubber profile within the belt comprises of specially compounded blend of natural & synthetic rubbers, capable of withstanding frequent flexing actions, heat generation, oil fumes & other changing environment conditions.
