We are a Hotel and Resort Consulting and Development Company, at the present in an advanced planning process and developing one of the most prestigious five-star-villa-resort facilities (with Board Of Investment protection) at the Andaman-Sea in the southwest of Thailand and other Hotels and Resorts in different locations in Thailand. Our developments are all in the range of 150 to 600 Bedrooms in Five Star premium quality standard. The planned 5 star-premium-villa-resort (with BOI approval) is located on a large property (> 1. 000, 000 qm) at one of the most beautiful beaches and regions of the South Thailand (Krabi) with a multiplicity of wellness, recreation, catering, entertainment, educational, and culture offers and programs. The concept of the villa resort is based on a luxurious resort facility not only in design and services but also in construction materials and method (energy saving concept) and in an attractive site setting with all amenities a modern villa resort has to offer.
