To better serve you and assure our business go on smoothly, we set down below terms and conditions: Sample Request

• We can supply some free samples to our old customers, if you have a Fedex, DHL, TNT; account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. If you don't have a courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. In most of cases, you have to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment. Order Quantity
• Minimum order quantity we could accept is 50~100 sets per items. Details check with offer sheet.
• Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel at special time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reasonable reason.
• We will possibly ship 5% more or less for the reason of filling a whole container. Payment Terms
• T/ T (30% ~50% deposit and balance to be paid after inspection before shipment) and L/ C are all accepted in the convenience of customers' needs.
• We prefer to do T/ T payment. Quality Assurance
• We always provide merchandise of customer-required quality, or as good as possible to support our clients' business.
• In case there is any serious damage or huge mistakes on products, we will compensate for all the loss on convictive evidence. How To Place An Order
• Please send us your purchase order by email or fax, or we will issue a proforma invoice for your counter signature. We need to know following information for your order:
• Shipping information-company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination port, shipment term (by sea or by air)
• Product information-model numbers, quantity, unit price
• Delivery time required
• Freight payment (FOB or CNF)
• If FOB term, we need to have your forwarder's contact details (add, tel, fax and email) OEM Trademarks Protection
• We welcome OEM order. We protect customers' trademarks, and we will never ship trademarked products to third party or unrelated parties.
