Dual Handed Thread Screws: To prevent bearing from accidental loosing. For 4X bikes: with aluminum axel,aluminum needles to reduce the overall weight. The 120T High Ratio Ratchet System comes with titanium needles to reduce weight and increase strength. Our standard product developing procedure is as followed:

1. Examine: Collecting market information throughout major cycling exhibitions and events.
2. Sample: Analyzing the information and developing the prototype to launch the patenting process.
3. Test: In about 2 year of patenting process, we will constantly conduct the testing by professional racers to modify the specification.
4. Program: Planning the marketing strategy 6 months prior the patenting is completed.
5. Sale: Participating major cycling exhibition to promote the new design. Chosen has followed the ESTPS procedure as an active ODM to design and develop the finest products in the market. Through major cycling exhibition we launch and promote our design in vary types and styles. Our clients just need to choose the style so they can be 100% focusing on the marketing to create revenue.
