G2® offers a viable, economical and environmentally responsible alternative to current methods of landfilling, incineration and environment pollution of waste rubber, plastic and sludge oil. The G2 system uses thermal catalytic pyrolysis to efficiently convert plastics, rubber and sludge oil into crude oil and then on to fractions separation which yield high quality transport grade diesel and gasoline. The G2 system is compact in design. System capacity can range from 5 tons to 50 tons of rubber, plastic and sludge oil wastes processed per day. G2 system is very robust by its design, and can easily handle waste material that is contaminated with other kinds of waste such as metals, glass, dirt, water, etc. As a result, a key advantage of this process is that the wastes do not need to go through pretreatment prior to processing, which in turn significantly reduces the overall cost of operation.
