LOAD CONTROLS, established in 1990, is situated in the industrial area of Pukhraj Layout, in Adugodi, Bangalore, manufacturing and marketing Modular Switchboards & Control Panels. The organization is a professionally managed company with departments like Marketing, Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, R& D, Personnel, Accounts and Administration under the leadership of its Managing Director, Mr. M Ramani. The factory, with a floor area of 18, 000 sq. Ft. , is equipped with CNC hydraulic & mechanical powered fabrication and assembly sections, a painting facility, and a testing and quality control unit. The well equipped office has an area of 3, 500 sq. Ft. Here the Engineering, Marketing, Accounting and Secretarial staff functions are set in an ambience which is conducive to high productivity and efficiency. The Computer-Aided Design facility ensures thorough engineering of customized requirements and also ensures legible and easily reproduced drawings. All other activities like Estimation, Purchase, Inventory Control and Accounting are also computerized. Load controls Switchboards have been certified by CPRI Bangalore, for short circuit (50KA for 1 sec) , temperature rise (3000A) and IP55 degree of protection.
