NOVAAGRO

The NOVAAGRO Group is a leading agricultural company in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. Founded in 2009, it is a vertically integrated agro-industrial holding company focused on creating a sustainable and profitable agricultural business. NOVAAGRO specializes in the production, transportation, and sale of agricultural products and their processed products. The company's activities include grain and oilseed production, processing, and sales; the production of wheat flour, sunflower oil, and animal feed; poultry farming; and the sale of mineral fertilizers. NOVAAGRO is also involved in grain storage and logistics. It has significant grain storage capacities with elevators. The company is a member of the European Business Association, the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation”, and the Interregional Union of Poultry and Feed Producers of Ukraine. In October 2024, NOVAAGRO completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in AgroGeneration.
