We have a quality assurance division, which formulates its Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for our products after conducting thorough research. The department carries out inspection right from the procurement of raw materials to final production and dispatch. Following tests are conducted as per QAP and BS. 6501 Part - 1 :- Puenumatic test Hydraulic pressure test Bend test Yield and burst test Flame test Fatigue test (for cyclelife) Metallurgical tests Die penetration test Cupping test of weld joints We treat quality as a way of doing business and leaving no room for error, we have always maintained our quality standards for our different clients. We carry out third party inspection from TUV LLOYDS, SGS, EIL, DNV and other inspection entities.
