Our commercial concept is to unite all minor ultrasonic companies in the world, to one large technology / trade organisation. We are working in a close partnership with our customer, to insure growth and added value for our customers and our partners. At Sonic we keep our word and all our dealings are based on honesty, consideration and confidence. We ensure that we fulfil the agreement we make by promising no more than we can keep. We encourage our environments in witch straight talking is the norm. Environments in which each individual person can give and receive honest and constructive feedback. We support the reliability of Sonic by doing things simply and with open honest communication by both word and action. At Sonic, we put the focus on the partner. We do not release an assignment until it has been solved to the satisfaction of each individual partner. The sense of responsibility is not defined by time, but means that we put ourselves in the position of the partner. We make demands on each other, and therefore everyone is entitled to demand a good working environment, clear objectives, information and valuable feedback, as well visible and supportive leadership. We expect individual partner to take responsibility for their tasks and show a positive attitude towards finding the information and knowledge necessary to ensure that the task is resolved to the satisfaction of the partner.
