We are manufacturers,Wholsalers &Retailers and Exporters of Luminaires (Electric Lighting Fixtures) for Indoor & Outdoor uses for General Illuminations. MANUFACTURING PROCESS : The sheets are cut in the required sizes by caliberated shearing machines, punched/stamped/notched on pre-programmed multi-function automatic machine, bent (folded) on press brakes to transform into a product. The product is then spotwelded to make it strong and sturdy. Each piece is thoroughly visually inspected to ensure it is free of any defects before it is further processed. The final process is colour coating which is done methodically in one single operation in a most modern automatic cleaning & coating system. Each piece is thoroughly cleaned allover with chemical detergents under high pressure to make it free of any oily substances so that it is resistant to corrosion and ensure paint adhesion. It is thoroughly dried by heat at 180? - 190? C and then coated with white epoxy-polyester ??V??stabilized powder 60-100 micron by electrostatic process with high pressure spray guns ??mounted on ROBOTS ??for lasting surface against scratches and chemical dirts.
