State Joint-Stock Foreign Trade Company «Uzmarkazimpex» PLC was reorganized in 1998 and operates under the Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main target of the company&＃39;s business is increasing the volumes of export of products, manufactured by the enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as saturation of the domestic market with modern industrial and agricultural equipment. The major fields of the company&＃39;s activity are:•export of cotton fiber;•export of cotton fiber processing products, finished textile goods (cotton yarn, fabric and finished products);•export of soft grain and flour;•export of copper and products of its processing;•import of different machinery, technological equipment and other goods;•conducting investment activity aimed to promote export base of the republic, using new forms of cooperation on the basis of tolling, leasing and consignment agreements;•rendering of marketing, information and consulting services to small and medium enterprises, elaboration of effective schemes for export transactions financing.
