[TERM OF US]Viking Groups is policy regarding payment terms for reason of due diligence in the development of an honest and fair business agenda for both buyers and sellers. Viking Group will not solely purchase product based on the T/T in advance format. The only times that advance payments will be considere either by T/T or L/C is when a successful inspection and testing of the goods are concluded either by us or by its buying partner, or an independent testing firm. When a positive relationship can and has been developed in terms of product delivery, contracted quantities and quality, over a period of time this policy may be adjusted or revised subject to both parties consent.
