Valley forest resources is a pellet processing plant in northern MinnesotaAt Valley Forest Resources we are committed to producing the finest pellets products from clean aromatic aspen sawdust that is produced in the sawmills of northern Minnesota.Valley Forest Resources has operated a pellet mill in Marcell, Minnesota since 1987.In 1987 the local sawmill in Marcel had problems getting rid of the waste sawdust. Valley Forest Resources was started to produce fuel pellets but eventually other uses for the pelletized saw dust were found. These uses include kitty litter and animal bedding.Valley Forest Resources is currently producing approximately 6 ton per hour and plans to increase the total output production by 30% in late 2006 or early 2007
