新疆（鄯善）石材工业园区位于新疆石材资源相对丰富的中心位置—鄯善县，园区总体规划面积51平方公里，分为石材产品加工区和矿产品加工区，现有入驻企业76家，石材加工从业人员8000余人。全疆、西北地区有近20多个品种在石材工业园区加工和交易，现具有年加工板材800万平方米，异型材20万件（套）的生产能力。2004年自治区石材工业协会授予“新疆石材中心基地” 荣誉称号，2005年被自治区人民政府批准为省级工业园区，2007年被中国石材工业协会授予“中国西部石材中心基地”。经过几年的发展，鄯善石材工业园区已成为新疆、西北乃至西部地区最大的石材加工、贸易、集散、出口基地。 XinJiang (Shanshan) Stone Industrial Park located in 4 kilometers away to ShanShan County which rich in stone resources. The overall plan area of the industrial park is 51 square kilometers with 17 square kilometers completed, it divided into stone products processing zone and minerals processing zone. 89 enterprises have settled and provided with complete array of facilities, including water, electricity, communication and road construction. After several years of development, XinJiang (Shanshan) Stone Industrial Park has become the largest stone processing, trade, distribution, export base in XinJiang, even in the all western region of China now. In 2004, the industrial park awarded with an honorary title, “XinJiang Stone Base Center” by XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region Stone Material Industrial Association. With the approval of Autonomous Region’s Government, the industrial park was promoted to a provincial-level park. In 2007, the industrial park was entitled “the Stone Center Base in Western Region of China” by China Stone Material Industrial Association.
