Yangzhou Tong Ying Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. is located in Tai'an Town in the east of Yangzhou, with former name of Yangzhou Tongan Rimo Steel Structure Co., Ltd. Our company was founded on March 28, 1992. Our company occupies an area of 40,000 square meters, and our construction area amounts to 20,000 square meters. In spite of fierce market competition, our company has made splendid achievements in the past more than a decade of years. Our products include sand casting and precision casting.

Sand casting

Our sand casting products include standard corner fittings, series of special corner fittings and lock fittings and steel components used in construction. In the new circumstance, our company has promoted industrial restructuring actively. We have introduced the production lines covering shell producing, pouring, and lacquer immersing. At the same time, we eliminate the outdated production technology. So our production capabilities have been promoted from 30 thousand sets per year at the beginning of company's foundation to 200 thousand sets per year at present. Production technology of our special corner fitting has matured, and our special corner fitting production has occupied the number one in the whole country. Our annual output value of sand casting exceeds 10 million Yuan.

Precision casting

On the base of traditional products, our company has introduced international advanced precision casting technology of silicon sol production line. Under the leadership of professional casting experts from Tsinghua University, an advanced technology and scientific management team has been established. Our management and technical staff members are college-level or with higher qualification. With new equipment and advanced detection means, we can produce various kinds of high quality stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, abrasion-resistant and heat-resistant precision castings, which are widely used in petrifaction, medicine, food, hardware, automobile, watercraft, aviation, aerospace and many other fields.
