Zhanjiang Global Steel Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a chinese-foreign cooperative enterprise. Our yearly production capacity is more than 3 million pcs. The production lines are imported from America, including CTL, Coil Roll, Welders, Trimmers, Flare Press, *****, *****, 3rd. Roll, Expander, V-hole. The test equipments include Rim and Disc Strength test equipment, Disc Bending Fatigue test equipment, Radial Run-out and Lateral Run-out inspection machines etc. There are Painting Line & E-coating Line as well. Our major products are steel wheel and steel rim, with painted or e-coating finish for Trailer, Passenger Car, Truck, Lawn Mower, Golf Cart with various Bolt Pattern, windows, Offset. We make 12 to 17 inch steel wheels in varied specifications. Rim steel with SAE1008/1010 HRPO is made by Shanghai Baosteel Co., Ltd. Our customers are mainly in USA, Europe, Africa, Mideast, Asia etc. Quality authentication is according to Tire and Rim Association DOT, USA.
