Ermak is a prominent Uzbek company specializing in the processing, production, and sale of sunflower seed products. Established in 1992 by Mr. Valijon Salikhov, the company began with a small team producing and selling seeds and kurt (a traditional dairy product). Over the years, Ermak has expanded its workforce to over 500 employees across five production facilities, with its headquarters in Tashkent. The company product range includes more than 45 items, such as sunflower seeds, nuts, dairy products, purees, jams, and nut pastes. Ermak operates three production plants located in Jizzakh and Tashkent. In 2023, the company launched a new line of fresh fruit juices, further diversifying its offerings. Ermak mission is to delight customers with healthy, high-quality, and tasty products in everyday life.
