We are setting up a small soft toy factory in Sri Lanka and are looking for a suitable fiber opening and stuffing (filling) line.
Our production details are:
• Product: Soft toys, approx. 30 cm height
• Average stuffing: 60 g of polyester fiber per toy
• Production volume: 40,000 toys per month
• Working days: 20 days per month, 1 × 8-hour shift
Based on this, our effective requirement is about 15–20 kg/hour of fiber stuffing. We understand that your standard industrial machines may have higher capacities, so we are happy to consider your smallest or medium model in the range of approx. 50–100 kg/hour, as long as it is suitable for soft toys (not only pillows/quilts).
We are looking for:
1. Fiber Opening Machine
o For hollow conjugate polyester fiber (3D–15D)
o Approx. 80–150 kg/hour capacity
2. Soft Toy Stuffing / Filling Machine
o At least 2 filling stations (nozzles)
o Foot pedal operation and air-blowing filling
o Effective stuffing capacity from 50 kg/hour upward
o Suitable for 30 cm toys at about 2,000 pcs/day
Power supply: 3-phase, 380–415 V, 50 Hz (Sri Lanka).
